You will receive an e-mail from the support forum when creating your account. It will include a confirmation link. You will need to click the confirmation link before you are allowed to post discussions.

There will be a big orange button "Start a New Discussion" after confirming your account on the top right of the site. Make sure you post your question in the correct category referencing your item.
