Displays latest portfolio posts from all categories. The featured slider posts will be automatically excluded from this list. So maybe make it a featured slider posts?

Problem is that I don’t want these videos in the featured slider either. A solution would be to make a new portfolio pages called “latest videos” and set the parent as “homepage” so it would show up as a homepage tab and then manually click the type for all new videos I want to show up in the tab. But is it possible to make the portfolio items show up in the same way with a page you created manually?

You could create your own page and use the same code as the portfolio template.

When I click the featured type, the video disappears from the “latest videos” tab. Would it be possible to copy some of the code that does that, and then make a custom type, that just removes the video and not put it in the featured slider? So I would have a type maybe called “remove” and when I click it, it would remove it from the latest videos (and not put it en the slider). Is it possible and if so, how would it be done?

Yea... but you have to follow the steps in the above link and set up you own page template and copy the parts that you want... when you click featured type = featured slider posts... that's why the videos don't show up.. so I would just copy the featured slider template..
