In IE9, My main navigation menu pops up behind all videos and images on the featured slider of my homepage (whether they be youtube, vimeo or plain images). The Smart YouTube plugin was of no help. Does it have something to do with the z-index of the slider? If so, how do I fix it? If not, HELP!!! And, thank you. (FYI, I don't have this issue in Firefox or Chrome.)

The above link describes a workaround for YouTube videos. I currently only have the original vimeo video and the wolf image from the original template up on my featured slider. The menu still shows up behind them. Is there another work around you know of?

Post a link to your website . Just double-checked the live preview and all is well. Must be a plugin, adjustment made or something of that nature. Will be able to tell more after seeing the site.

Looks fine on my end. Chances are your browser has compatibility mode on. This breaks the z-index because the browser ignores the IF-ie7 and IE8 statements.

That's my only guess as it's running great on both my windows machines in all versions of IE.

It was indeed a compatibility mode issue. All running fine on my computer now. Thank you!
