You need to unzip the downloaded file before accessing the help section. Try unzipping the files to your desktop before opening them up. You are probably having trouble accessing through that temp folder you are unzipping to.
You are trying to open the file from the .zip program. You need to unzip the files to a folder. Then go to that folder and open them up.
There is no difference between unzipping this file and any others. Please see help from the unzip program you are using as you are having issues with the unzip program and not the theme.
I am pretty sure that's what I am doing. The folder I am opening is not a zipped up version. Just a normal folder i.e. no zip shown on it. I have already unzipped the folder and when I then try and open the videos in the help section, i still get the same message.

Yes I have installed the theme and I can open some other folders but not the ones previously mentioned. I can email you from the contact form but how do I send attachments
no need to email at all then as I can message you from here. So like I said, the folder is definitely unzipped but when I go into the Help section folder and try and access the General Help or Videos I get the error message I sent you previously. Is there anyway I can access these from elsewhere?
Drama over. It is something to do with Firefox. When I try and open with Firefox, I get that error msg. I decided to try and open with Internet Explorer and I got a full list of Video Tutorials. No idea why Firefox would be preventing this. I was pretty sure I had unzipped the files correctly. Thanks for your support though. Good to know there is someone there when you are stressing over these silly things.
