Multi language

I would like to have the website in multilanguage German English and Dutch.
Can someone tell me what or how a can create this.

Are you using the Site Template or WordPress Theme?
If Theme, we recommend: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qtranslate/
Otherwise you will have to create 3 unique versions of the site for each language. -
I'm using the site template of Momento.
