I have a problem since i deleted the old theme version 1.0 and uploaded 1.3 .. I re-configured everything and I also have updated to latest wordpress version, but background pics are not working anymore.. Check those 2 screenshots - there seems to be a problem with this orbit-wrapper???
The files have been out for months, no bugs or anything like that. Easiest way to debug is to visit the image linked. TimThumb will actually give you a good idea on errors if there are any.
it has nothing to do with my provider! - it is an error with timthumb or anything .. there is already an index.html in both folders :(( can you not solve the problem? this is really bad
Post a link to your site. It's best just to visit the image link and TimThumb will tell you the issue.
Redworx issue was the old cached images were being rejected by the hosting provider. Once he deleted the /cache folder and replace it with the new one from the download it worked fine.
Hi mike, my hosting provider said. "For your hosting, it's alright with it. I performed a search on the web where apparently the plugin is compatible to Wordpress in version 3.3.1 and your Wordpress uses version 3.4.2."
Mike, Can you help me with this problem? If not can, my purchase of themes will not make sense, because it does not work as I'd like.
Not sure what your hosting provider is referring to as you are using a Theme not a plugin? Also, TimThumb is a PHP script not a plugin and doesn't rely on any version of WordPress.
You can use all our themes with the latest WordPress. It sounds like you are getting the run-around by your hosting provider. This is something that should be sorted in out in minutes, not weeks. Feel free to send me a private e-mail via my profile page contact form: http://themeforest.net/user/ProgressionStudios#from
I can offer quicker responses that way in this case. I would keep trying with your hosting provider support (Maybe try over the phone) to get somebody else on the case. I've heard many buyers have bad-luck with certain support people but randomly calling and getting somebody more/less helpful.
