Nope, we don't have any responsive update for Primero. We don't plan on adding this either way mobile devices render the video theme fine. You might look into mobile plugins for a mobile version of the site if you want a specific mobile version. Video is still a bit tougher to support in the responsive layouts as there isn't a good full-proof way to resize all videos.
